Dr. Rohtas Kumar

Dr. Rohtas Kumar currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Solytics Partners, leading the organization's people strategy to enhance leadership capabilities and promote an inclusive culture. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President Operations at Firstsource, where a Global Capability Center was established, and as Director of Risk & Analytics at Crisil Integral IQ, overseeing significant scale-ups in model risk functions for global banks. Dr. Kumar has also held leadership positions at Cognizant, UBS, and MangoAnalytics, contributing to advancements in analytics and quantitative research. The educational background includes a PhD in Quantitative Methods & Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi, a CFA from ICFAI, and a B.E. (Hons) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
