He has been working with SOM PRO Group since 2008. He is the responsible person for spearheading employee initiatives spanning across manpower planning & budgeting, talent acquisition, training and development and vendor management. His superior communication, people management & negotiation skills has proved him to be a very good leader throughout the tenure.

He has a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in HR along with 12 years of rich experience in human resource management and other HR operations.
