JHON R. has held a variety of roles in a range of companies since 2009. JHON began their career at Cine Colombia as an Analista de Compras and a Practicante de Costos y Presupuesto from 2009 to 2010. JHON then moved to ITS INFOCOMUNICACION S.A.S. as a Logistics and Operation Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Grupo <\u200ba> Chaid Neme Hermanos as a Comprador Internacional. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Bollor\u00e9 Logistics as a Project Manager. JHON then joined RED EAGLE MINING DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. as a Coordinador de Comercio Exterior y Logistica from 2016 to 2018, and as a Superintendente de Abastecimiento y Almacen from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they moved to CI Golden Platino Colombia S.A.S. as a Director de Exportaciones and is currently at Soma Gold Corp. as a Director Administrativo y Logistico since 2020.

JHON R. completed their Professional degree in Business Administration at Universidad del Rosario from 2001 to 2009. In 2015, they took courses in International Trade, Logistics Management, Material Management, and Supply Chain at Camara de Comercio de Bogota. In 2017, they completed a Diplomatura in Advanced Supply Chain at Universidad EAFIT and also took a course in International Business Tools. In 2018, they took courses in International Taxation and Business Strategy at Camara de Comercio de Bogota. Additionally, they are certified in International Agile Supply Chain from Silicon Valley Innovation Center, obtained in December 2022.
