Kaitlin Soucie is a Senior Research Associate at SomaLogic, where Kaitlin works in the Technology Innovation team to design specific SOMAmer reagents for RUO. Prior to their current role, Kaitlin was a Research Associate III at LightDeck Diagnostics, focusing on Human IVD Assay Research and Development. Kaitlin initially started their career as a Research Associate at SomaLogic, where Kaitlin worked on Assay Research and Development. Kaitlin began their journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Kaitlin studied Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology.
