Andreea Dumitrescu

Andreea Dumitrescu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits, human resources management, and payroll. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Compensation Benefits at Somarest since February 2023, Andreea has held various HR leadership roles at Stericycle Romania, AAylex Group, and Sindan Pharma (a Teva Company), among others. The career began as Assistant Manager at ECE Romania in 2003 and progressed through positions such as Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Manager over the years. Andreea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București and has a solid foundation in economics from A.D. Xenopol.
