Mishel Tsal, PMP has a long and varied career in software development. In 1994, they began their career as a Developer at Intel. The following year, they moved to IDF as a Developer. In 1997, they joined Applied Materials as a Developer, and quickly moved up the ranks to become a SW Team Leader, SW Development Manager, and SW Program Manager. In 2010, they joined P-Cure as a SW Team Leader specializing in Win form application development using C#/C++ in . NET(3.5/4). In 2011, they joined Nova Measuring Instruments as a SW Program Manager and SW Team Leader. In 2016, they joined Medtronic as a Director Global SW, R&D, Patient Monitoring, Director Body Sensor Platforms, R&D, and Sr. SW Development Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Somatix as VP R&D, Site Manager, where they are responsible for an AI-powered digital health platform.

Mishel Tsal, PMP, received an MBA in Information System Analyze from Manchester University, Ono Academic College branch, between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they received a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1990 and 1995.
