Patient Health Advocate at Somatus

Tori Holloway, LNHA, has extensive work experience in various roles related to healthcare coordination and administration. Starting from 2021, Tori has been working as a Patient Health Advocate at Somatus. Prior to this, they served as an Administrator in Training at Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur from 2019 to 2019. Tori also worked as an Intake Coordinator at CHI Health at Home from 2018 to 2019.

Before that, Tori had a long tenure at Council on Aging (COA) where they held the positions of ESP Care Coordinator from 2016 to 2017, and Care Coordination Specialist from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they gained experience as a Customer Care Coordinator at Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (Senior Independence) from 2010 to 2014. Tori started their career as a Move-in Coordinator at Senior Lifestyle Corporation from 2006 to 2009.

Tori Holloway earned a Bachelor's degree in Aging Services Administration from Mount St. Joseph University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained additional certifications. In February 2020, Tori received a Nursing Home Administrator certification from the State of Ohio. Prior to that, in October 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Music and Memory from Music and Memory Inc.
