Mspt Kelly Fowler

Kelly Fowler, MSPT, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kelly is currently working at Somatus as the Associate Vice President of Provider Network Operations since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations, Population Health at Somatus from January 2021.

Before joining Somatus, Kelly worked at naviHealth for 8 years starting in 2013. During their time there, they served as the Senior Clinical Manager from February 2017 to January 2021, the Clinical Team Manager from March 2014 to February 2017, and as a Care Coordinator from December 2013 to March 2014.

Kelly began their career at The Visiting Nurse Association of Boston in 2011 as a Physical Therapist in Home Care until June 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Boston Medical Center from 2007 to 2013 as a Physical Therapist in Acute Care and as the Center Coordinator for Clinical Education from June 2009 to September 2011.

Additionally, Kelly gained experience as a Physical Therapist at Kindred Healthcare, where they worked on a per diem basis in a skilled nursing facility from May 2011 to January 2012.

Kelly Fowler, MSPT, completed their education at Boston University. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies from Boston University, starting in 2001 and finishing in 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the same institution, beginning in 2005 and finishing in 2007.
