Yasmin Godlad

Yasmin Godlad has extensive experience in the media and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an English News Reader at SLNTV since June 2012, Yasmin compiles daily news and reads it for live audiences. Additionally, in the role of Customer Care Manager at Somcable Ltd. since August 2014, Yasmin provides customer assistance, resolves complex issues, manages complaints, and trains staff in high-quality service delivery. Previously, Yasmin held the position of Project Manager at Nagaad Women's Network from July 2013 to August 2014, focusing on the promotion of women's roles in Somaliland. Yasmin holds a degree in Media and Cultural Studies from Kingston University, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
