Becky Slade

Becky Slade is a skilled production journalist currently working at ITV News since September 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Station Manager and Radio Presenter at Fly Live since October 2020, and as a Radio Presenter at Somer Valley FM, where a unique 2-hour interactive show was hosted. In addition, Becky worked as a Radio Producer for Smooth Radio East Midlands, which involved producing a show after being contacted by presenter Gareth Evans. Other notable positions include journalist roles at Gem Radio, where coverage of a significant news event was conducted, and at BBC Radio Nottingham, where valuable presenting skills were developed. Becky has also contributed as a Social Media Content Creator for hotukdeals and shadowed the production team of The Graham Norton Show, gaining insights into audience engagement. An education in Broadcast Journalism was completed at Nottingham Trent University from 2020 to 2023.
