Mr. Leung joined Somerley Capital Limited as a director in March 2022. He is responsible for supervising and leading the execution of corporate finance projects. Mr. Leung obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong in 2004 and a Master degree in Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong in 2019. Prior to joining Somerley Capital, he held senior positions in Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and ICBC International Capital Limited.

Somerley Capital is also a licensed sponsor with three registered Principals and a professional team specialised in providing sponsorship services; and • acting as compliance adviser, mostly for newly listed companies in Hong Kong
