Stephanie Chow

Ms. Chow joined Somerley International Limited as manager in September 2007. She has acted as a director of Somerley Capital Limited since October 2015. She is responsible for supervising and leading execution of corporate finance projects.

Ms. Chow graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Degree of Bachelor of Commerce in September 1998. She has been a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia since February 2002 and an associate member of the HKICPA since April 2004.

From October 2002 to July 2006, Ms. Chow worked in Alvarez & Marsal Asia Limited, an international corporate advisory firm, with last position as senior accountant.
