Samantha Zabawa

Samantha Zabawa, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Fiscal Operations for Somerset County, NJ, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Samantha has accumulated diverse experience in finance and operations, including roles as Finance Manager at Playa Bowls and Finance Associate in Acquisitions & Integration at Thrasio. Earlier positions include Budget and Special Projects Manager and Assistant to the Director of Finance and Administration at Somerset County, as well as an Associate at KPMG. Additionally, Samantha has a background as a Yoga Teacher since 2014 and has worked in retail management at lululemon and Pure Barre. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in Professional Accounting from Rutgers Business School.
