Melvin de Jong

Melvin de Jong is an experienced soccer coach currently serving as the Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach for the Somerville High School Girls team since August 2023. With a strong coaching background, Melvin has held similar positions at Hillsborough High School and worked with various organizations, including NJ Premier F.C. and Dutch Total Soccer, since 2019. Melvin also has experience in managerial and customer service roles at Domino's and Basic-Fit. Education includes completion of a High School Diploma in Sports and Exercise from ROC Mondriaan and additional training in the food industry.
