Jordan Mazzanti

Jordan Mazzanti has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career as a Bartender/Server at Boars Head pub from 2009 to 2011. Afterwards, they worked as a Manager at Oar House Restaurant from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they had a role in Sales at Coyote's Run Estate Winery. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Bartender/Server/Supervisor at Charcoal Group of Restaurants. In 2017, they joined The Bruce Hotel - Stratford Canada as a Sommelier/Server. From 2017 to 2018, they also worked as a Stagier at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. They continued their journey at Langdon Hall, taking on roles such as Sommelier from 2017 to 2021 and eventually becoming the Head Sommelier from 2021 onwards. In 2020, they also worked as a Lead Sommelier at somm™ and as a Sommelier/Wine and Service Instructor at Stratford Chefs School. Currently, they are working at Sarnia Golf & Curling Club Ltd as a Consulting Sommelier since 2023.
