Robert Farrar

Robert Farrar is an experienced medical executive with a substantial background in anesthesiology and leadership roles across various health systems. Currently serving as the Acting Chairman and Vice President for Medical Affairs at Somnia Inc. since January 2012, Robert has previously held prestigious positions including Vice Chairman and Director of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia at Pinnacle Mid-Atlantic and Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at Easton Hospital. Robert’s expertise in clinical effectiveness was developed during tenure as Director of Clinical Effectiveness at AtlantiCare. An accomplished physician, Robert played a key role in establishing the Cardiac Surgical Program at Jersey City Medical Center. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Doctor of Medicine from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Rutgers University - Newark.
