Pamela Vittini's work experience includes various roles in different companies over the years. Pamela started their career as a Community Activist at Action from January 2005 to September 2007. Following that, they worked as a Sales Associate at Toys R* Us from May 2006 to September 2007. Pamela then joined Quinnipiac University as a Student Ambassador from January 2009 to July 2011. In 2010, they interned at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo as an Event Intern from May to August. Pamela also worked as a Project Intern at Bridgeport Hospital from August to December 2011. From January to June 2012, they served as a Management Intern at PriMed Physical Therapy. Pamela then transitioned to Access Medicare and held the positions of Network Management Rep from July 2012 to February 2014 and Operations Manager from February 2014 to October 2018. Currently, they are employed at SOMOS Community Care, where they worked as an Operations Manager from October 2018 to September 2019 and is currently serving as the Director of Operations & Executive Assistant since October 2019.

Pamela Vittini began their education journey in 2003 at Preston High School, where they completed their high school education. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Quinnipiac University's School of Business, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, Pamela pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Management at Quinnipiac University.
