Kevin Leo, MHA, CSSBB, PMP, serves as the Director of Risk Adjustment & Encounters at SOMOS Innovation since January 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Manager of Medicare Advantage Performance at Aledade, Inc., where strategic development led to successful Medicare Advantage contracts and notable STARS ratings. Kevin's extensive experience at UnitedHealthcare encompassed roles from Associate Director to Senior Clinical Quality Analyst, focusing on enhancing provider engagement and managing quality improvement initiatives within Medicare & Retirement programs. Kevin’s earlier career included significant contributions at Northwell Health and University Physicians Group, P.C., driving quality data analysis and operational efficiencies. Kevin holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Columbia University and is pursuing additional qualifications from Harvard Extension School in Finance and Business Economics, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. John's University.
