Wilson Tayar

Wilson Tayar is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. As Co-Founder and CTO at Tera since February 2018, Wilson has leveraged a strong technical background gained from previous positions as Head of Technology and Senior Software Developer at Minha Vida, and as a Software Developer at Mercer. Wilson's career began as a Software Development Intern and evolved through self-employment as a Software Developer. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, an Executive MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Impacta Tecnologia.
