Aditya Vardhan Tibrewala has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Aditya Vardhan began their career in 2005 as an Actuarial Analyst at Mazars. In 2008, they moved to RSA Insurance Group as Managing Director and EM Capital Actuary. In 2016, they joined Sompo Holdings (Asia) as Chief Technical Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and Chief Actuary. In this role, they were responsible for driving long-term profitable growth and improving the customer experience for retail business across Asia excluding Japan. Additionally, they developed a technically strong actuarial practice in the Asia region. In 2018, they took on the role of Non Executive Director at Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd.
