ITSM Lead Analyst at Sompo International

Jacky Choy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jacky started their career at WAC Lighting as an Inventory Specialist in 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Level I Network Support/ Desktop Support at Mo Max Solutions, where they provided remote access services and migrated Microsoft Active Directory. Later the same year, they joined Metropolitan Telecommunications as a Level II IT Helpdesk Support, responsible for building, upgrading, and troubleshooting workstations.

In 2010, Jacky worked at M.P.L. Systems as an IT Consultant, closely collaborating with users and managers for corporate move projects and deploying VOIP phones. Jacky then joined Innovative Technology Solutions/ImClone Systems as a Desktop Support Analyst, where they extended support in desktop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Jacky also served as a Hardware/Desktop Support Technician, coordinating with users and managers for accurate workstation surveys and performing new hire training.

In 2014, Jacky joined Sompo International as an ITSM Lead Analyst, where they were responsible for Freshservice ITSM tool administration, primary processing of onboarding/departures, and Visual Studio subscription management. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in various IT support roles, with expertise in IT service management and desktop support.

Jacky Choy has a background in network and communications management as well as network systems administration. Jacky attended DeVry University for these studies. Jacky also studied IT administration at the New York Business Institute. In addition, Jacky has obtained several certifications including Freshservice Product Expert, A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7, Configuration, Network+, and Security+.
