Jill Brewer

Jill Brewer has a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as Manager of HR Strategy at Sompo International since August 2017. Previously, Jill held various HR positions at Sompo International, including HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Advisor. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate-Junior People Consultant at EY from May 2016 to August 2017, and a Temporary HR Generalist position at Appleby in early 2016. Jill's career began at New Balance from June 2013 to January 2016, where responsibilities included HR Generalist and Learning & Development Coordinator roles. Jill also gained experience as an HR Recruiting and Learning & Development Co-op at Wellington Management in late 2011, and as a Relationship Manager Co-op at Enquiron in early 2011. Earlier roles at Hopkinton Country Club involved responsibilities as a Lifeguard, Camp Counselor, Swim Instructor, and Coach. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University, completed in 2013, and a high school diploma from Milford High School.
