Marcel Posorski

Marcel Posorski currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Operations & Service Transformation for Continental Europe at Sompo, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Marcel Posorski accumulated extensive experience at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from September 2006 to September 2023, where roles included Geschäftsführer of Zurich Kundencenter GmbH, leading company transformation, developing corporate strategies, and establishing a customer-oriented organization. Other significant positions included Head of IT Coordination Claims, overseeing the implementation of the Guidewire Suite, and Head of the CEO Office Germany, managing strategic projects and governance. Marcel Posorski holds a Master of Business Consulting from Hochschule Wismar and a Bachelor of Arts in Insurance from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
