Nathaniel Hailey

Nathaniel Hailey is a seasoned claims professional currently serving as a Senior Claims Specialist at Sompo International since October 2022. Previously, Nathaniel worked at AXA XL as a Claims Specialist from September 2019 to October 2022, and held multiple roles at Greater New York Insurance Companies from June 2016 to September 2019, including Senior Property Claims Examiner. Nathaniel began a career in the insurance field as a Property Claims Trainee. In addition to insurance experience, Nathaniel has a background in health education, having coordinated health programs for summer camps with the Virginia Department of Health in 2015. Nathaniel also contributed as the Assistant Director of the St. John's University Pep Band and gained early experience interning at Aflac. Nathaniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John's University in 2016.
