Nigel Oliver

Nigel Oliver is an experienced professional in the field of insurance, currently serving as the Head of Private Medical Insurance at Sompo since March 2023, where Nigel leads the development of private medical insurance both domestically and internationally. Prior to Sompo, Nigel held several key positions at AXA, including Global Head of Commercial and Underwriting from January 2017 to December 2022, and Global Head of Commercial and Risk, focusing on pricing, underwriting, and operational compliance. Nigel also served as Commercial Director at AXA Global Protect and held the role of Head of International Pricing at AXA PPP International. Nigel Oliver graduated with a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Leicester in 1998.
