Russell Smith is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Casualty Claims North America at Sompo International since November 2023. Prior to this role, Russell held multiple senior positions at Chubb from December 2013 to October 2023, including Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer for North America Casualty Claims. Russell's career journey began at ACE USA, Inc. as Assistant Vice President for Professional Risk from February 2005 to July 2009. Russell holds an MBA in International Business from IE Business School and a JD in Law from the University of San Francisco.
