Roberta Caravieri has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Sompo Seguros since July 2007. In this role, Roberta has led the planning and structuring of HR practices and policies in alignment with the company's strategic planning, successfully implementing initiatives such as payroll outsourcing, the creation of a Profit Sharing Program, and the development of career plans and meritocratic processes. Prior to Sompo Seguros, Roberta held the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Telefonica, focusing on remuneration processes and organizational structure review, and began career as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at BankBoston, where responsibilities included the development of HR indicators and training programs. Roberta holds a specialization in Structural Modeling from Fundação Instituto de Administração, a postgraduate degree in International Business Management from FAAP, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo.
