Mieszko Milek

Mieszko Milek is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in DevOps and operations management. Currently serving as Team Leader at Sonalake since January 2021, Mieszko oversees the Observability Platform for the Operations Support Team, highlighting expertise in technical leadership, team management, incident and change management, and proactive monitoring solutions. Mieszko's previous role as a DevOps Engineer at Roche involved designing and implementing Zabbix-based monitoring solutions for critical business data, while also holding positions such as IT Service Operations Lead, Scrum Master, and Release Manager. Mieszko’s early career includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent and SOLBUS, supported by a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy and completion of the CCNA course at CISCO Academy. Proficient in a wide array of technologies, Mieszko has a strong foundation in cloud, scripting, databases, and monitoring tools, contributing to significant service improvements and operational excellence across various projects.
