M.D. Syful Islam

Md. Syful Islam has extensive experience in banking and human resource management. Currently serving as a Banker at Sonali Bank Limited since 2010, responsibilities include managing SME, CC, OD, Staff House Building, and Consumer loans, along with preparing financial statements. In addition, Md. Syful Islam is the Chief Executive Officer of Dreamy Fashions Bangladesh since 2014. Earlier positions include Manager of HR and CSR at Torey Industry Inc. (2010-2011), where duties involved designing staff development programs and managing organizational development, and Officer-HRM & Operation at Greenland Group (2009-2010), focusing on employee management and organizational structure. Initial career began as Executive in HRM & Compliance at BIRDS GROUP (2008-2009), overseeing recruitment and employment planning. Md. Syful Islam holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Dhaka, as well as an HSC in Science from Dhaka College.
