Your Impact:

As the Consulting Delivery Manager, your leadership will directly shape how we empower clients to deliver transformative services within their communities. You'll spearhead our Technical Services department, ensuring our consulting engagements run smoothly from start to finish. This means driving projects like implementation, adoption, data migration, business intelligence, and tool development. Your success will be measured by satisfied clients and a team that flourishes under your guidance.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead with Excellence: Coach, mentor, and develop a team of technical consultants. Engage your team with regular 1:1s, clear goals, and ongoing feedback.

  • Optimize and Innovate: Refine existing consulting processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation and tools to drive scalability.

  • Own Project Success: Manage timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines.

  • Be the Client Champion: Proactively identify and address client needs, becoming a trusted advisor to our partners.

  • Collaborate for Growth: Work with leadership to identify team needs, expand our talent pool, and develop strategies that advance our mission.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of project/delivery management experience, ideally in consulting and the telecommunications/ISP industry.

  • Customer Focus: Innate ability to understand and solve client challenges, maintaining exceptional relationships.

  • Organized and Adaptable: Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities. You thrive under pressure.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for engaging clients, team members, and leadership.

  • Problem-Solver: Analytical mind with a knack for finding practical solutions and proactively mitigating risks.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

  • Database Expertise: Experience managing and optimizing databases.
