Omer Kaplan began their work experience in 2006 as a Product Manager at Bona, Israel's largest social network for teenagers. Omer then moved on to become a Product Manager at teenK - Youth Marketing Solutions, where they built the product team from scratch and managed technology partners. In 2011, they joined Xnet as a Product Manager, where they planned the organization's product marketing roadmap and product lines. Following this, they became a Product Lead at ooVoo in 2012, where they led product development for the video communication application. Omer helped grow the user base from 65 million to 220 million and improved retention by 30%. In 2018, they became the Consumer Digital Engagement Officer at Dayton Children's Hospital, where they prioritized mission-critical products and contributed to the organization's mission and business goals. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Sonara Health, where they lead the product, design, and engineering teams in their goal of increasing access to life-saving medication for those with opioid dependency.
Omer Kaplan pursued their education at Bar-Ilan University. From 2005 to 2008, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Communications & State Studies. Following this, they enrolled in Bar-Ilan University once again and completed their Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Communications from 2008 to 2010.
