Erica Arias

Vice President, Operations at SonarMD

Erica Arias has a long and varied work experience. Erica began their career in 2009 as an AmeriCorps VISTA for the American Red Cross. In this role, they taught health and safety programs to youth and managed Red Cross Youth Clubs. Erica then moved to Connected Living in 2011, where they held two roles: Training and Operations Director and Community Program Manager. In 2013, they became a Community Account Manager for United Way for Southeastern Michigan. In this role, they coordinated upper management, staff, volunteers and other campaign workers to provide for all needs and logistics. Erica then moved to SA Ignite in 2016, where they held three roles: Client Success Manager, Implementation Manager, and Director of Customer Success. In 2019, they became Director of Client Success at SPH Analytics. Most recently, in 2020, they became Director of Client Success at azara healthcare. Erica is currently the Sr. Director of Internal Operations at SonarMD.

Erica Arias graduated from the University of Iowa in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Workplace Practices and Perspectives. Prior to this, they attended Rock Island High School between 1994 and 1998, studying General.
