Florin Neacsu

Mr. Neacsu is a technical leader who excels at building, developing, and expanding high performance teams. He brings over 10 years of experience in complete product lifecycle and technical expertise in medical device development including robotics, functional electrical stimulation, radiation oncology, and imaging. His previous work has helped improve and bring medical devices to market that have treated thousands of patients in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Neacsu has worked at world-class research institutions (Berkeley, Harvard), three other startups, and multinational companies. His previous position was Sr. Director of Software at Galen Robotics, where he built the team that developed the software platform for a novel, minimally invasive, robotic assisted surgery solution. Mr. Neacsu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Masters in Medical Imaging, both from CPE Lyon, France.
