Jim Bradley, PAHM

Jim Bradley, PAHM has over 35 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Jim began their career in 1985 as a Regional Vice President of Sales for MAMSI Health Plans. In 1992, Jim became the President and General Manager of Complete Health of Georgia, where they were responsible for creating and launching a new HMO/PPO. In 1994, Jim moved on to become the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing for Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic, where they were responsible for rebuilding the Sales department, launching the small group sales division, managing the Medicare Risk launch, and developing a prospect database.

In 1997, Jim became the Executive Director of the Academy for Healthcare Management, where they were responsible for developing, implementing, marketing, and operating a national certification program for managed care professionals. In 2000, Jim established Bradley International Services, a trade company between the United States and Ireland. In 2004, Jim became the Territory Manager for Colonial Life, where they were responsible for leading 8 District Managers and 50 representatives in B2B sales.

In 2008, Jim founded Bradley Consulting and served as the Principal Consultant, Health Insurance Business Development. In 2014, Jim joined Avera Health Plans as the Director of Sales and Client Relationships. In 2016, Jim became the Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing at Fulcrum Health, Inc., where they were responsible for new product development, existing client relations, and business development. Finally, in 2020, Jim joined Sonde Health, Inc. as the Vice President National Sales, leading U.S. sales of a voice-based symptom detection tool.

Jim Bradley, PAHM has an educational background in Biology, General, having attended California State University, Fullerton from 1978 to 1983. Jim also attended T.S. Wootton High School from 1973 to 1977. In addition to their educational background, Jim holds a Certified Insurance Consultant License (Life & Health), Individual from the State of South Dakota and Maryland, obtained in July 2016. Jim also holds a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), obtained in September 1999.
