Elise Ford

Elise Ford is an experienced peacebuilding and community engagement professional. Currently serving as Host & Community Catalyst at Sonder Collective, Elise co-hosts initiatives that unite global activists and peacebuilders to envision and enact equitable peace. Additionally, Elise is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Bristol Refugee Rights and an Advisory Board Member for Talk To Loop. Previously, as Senior Director of Peacebuilding at Humanity United, Elise spearheaded innovative programs and strategies aimed at fostering transformative leadership in the field. Earlier roles include Emergencies Policy and Campaign Manager and Head of EU Office at Oxfam, as well as Political Advisor at the European Parliament. Elise's academic background includes a Master of Arts in European Political Administration from the College of Europe and a Master of Arts in Social & Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
