Sonder Collective
Palash Singh is a seasoned design and delivery lead currently at Sonder Collective since August 2022 and the founder and director of Three Horizons Oy, a human-centered design consultancy focused on global health and development. With a robust portfolio, Palash served as design lead at Scope, where projects included RISE, aimed at supporting frontline health workers in India, and Next T, addressing HIV testing solutions. Previous roles include innovation manager at the Center for Knowledge Societies, co-founder of Vocatok, and design consultant for the World Bank Group, contributing to various initiatives that enhance productivity and sustainable livelihoods. Palash holds degrees from the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School, The Glasgow School of Art, and the National Institute of Design.

We design strategies and solutions, facilitate cross-disciplinary collaborations, and train people on design methodologies in areas of global health and development.
