Maddison Turansky has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Legal Assistant at the Refugee Advice & Casework Service (RACS) for six months. Maddison then moved on to Trust Chambers, where they worked as a Paralegal from July 2017 to July 2019. In 2019, Maddison worked as a Legal Assistant at the Arts Law Centre of Australia for four months before joining Bannister Law - Class Action Lawyers as a Paralegal, where they worked from October 2019 to August 2020. From August 2020 to July 2021, they worked as a Legal Consultant at Sprintlaw, and then transitioned to the role of Law Graduate in July 2021, before becoming a Lawyer in December 2021. Maddison'smost recent role is as a Legal Counsel at Sonder, starting in January 2023.

Maddison Turansky began their education at Kirrawee High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2010 to 2015. Afterward, they attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2016 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Laws and Communications with a specialization in Creative Writing. In 2019, they studied at Sciences Po and obtained a Certificate in International Affairs & Strategy, focusing on International Relations and Affairs. In 2021, they enrolled at The College of Law Australia and completed a Diploma of Legal Practice.
