Vonita Buirski

Vonita Buirski has a strong background in software engineering and development. Vonita is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Sonder since 2022. Before that, they worked at Mark43 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for enhancing and supporting public applications using Java, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and React Typescript. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Full Stack Developer at Commonwealth Bank, where they developed a full stack application with React and Java for integrating customer profiles with the Genesys contact center APIs. Vonita also has experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Telstra Health, where they worked on front-end and back-end development projects. Vonita Buirski completed a Diploma of Design in Graphic Design from Billy Blue College of Design, from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where they pursued a BSc degree in Computer Science and Applied Maths. Additionally, they also studied at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, pursuing a BSc Hons degree in Computer Science.
