Arthur Chang

Arthur Chang is the current Chief of Staff and VP of Strategic Initiatives at Sonder. Arthur has also previously served as the Co-Founder of Soarigami, Head of Accounts & Client Care at Coyle Hospitality Group, and VP of Operations at Coyle Hospitality Group. Chang has also been the Managing Director at Hotel Ezra Cornell and Operations Manager at The Statler Hotel.

Chang's biggest accomplishment is inventing the most innovative travel product in the world as deemed by IATA and over 500 global publications in 50+ countries. Their product was added to Collins Dictionary in 2016.

As the Head of Accounts & Client Care at Coyle Hospitality Group, Chang was known as the secret weapon for leading hospitality brands worldwide seeking to improve their guest experience. In their role as VP of Operations at Coyle Hospitality Group, Chang directed a team of 15,000 consultants globally.

Chang's passion for hospitality began at Cornell University School of Hotel Administration where they served as the Managing Director of Hotel Ezra Cornell. In this role, Chang inspired greatness at the 82-year-old institution.

Arthur Chang graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Business Administration.

Arthur Chang reports to Francis Davidson, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Phil Rothenberg - General Counsel, Sanjay Banker - President & CFO, and Patrick Mitchell - VP, Brand, Marketing & Distribution. and Abbas Causer - Head of Hotels reports to Arthur Chang.
