Jadé Monsegue

Jadé Monsegue is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel and community management. Currently serving as Building General Manager at Sonder Inc. since December 2021, Jadé led the successful launch of a 118-unit property and actively oversees daily operations to enhance both team and guest experiences. Previously, as Community Lead at WeWork, Jadé managed a dynamic hospitality division for an 1,800-member building, focusing on member engagement through various events. Earlier roles include Guest Services Lead at Renaissance Hotels, where Jadé contributed to the opening of a flagship hotel and trained front desk staff, and Operations Manager at RBC Royal Bank Of Canada. Jadé holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Trinidad and Tobago.
