Earlier experience includes a summer student role at Children's Health Foundation and a gallery assistant position at Michael Gibson Gallery. Victoria holds a degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Western University, complemented by additional education at the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2010.
