Sarah Stevens

Sarah Stevens has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and people operations. Sarah is currently the Director of People at SonderMind, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they owned their own consulting firm called Sarah Stevens Consulting, where they provided HR solutions to business leaders. Sarah also worked at Ushur, starting as the Senior Director of Human Resources and later becoming the VP of HR and People Operations. Sarah has also held positions at Limeade as the Director of the People Team and at Moss Adams LLP as a Senior HR Generalist. Sarah started their career as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at AVERRO before interning at Career Path Services.

Sarah Stevens's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management, which they earned with Cum Laude honors from Gonzaga University. Sarah has also obtained additional certifications, including the Ushur Certified Pro - Level 1 from Ushur in January 2022, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2021, and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2016.
