Nancy Chini

Nancy Chini is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operational management and transitions. Currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding and Transitions at Sonesta Hotels since April 2022, Nancy previously held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Carter Hospitality Group from 2015 to April 2022, where oversight of daily operations and the development of business strategies were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include General Manager at Carter Hospitality Group, LLC from 2012 to 2015, where Nancy led the operational transition post-acquisition and mentored management staff, and Director of Operations at Southshore Hospitality Management from 2009 to 2012, focusing on business infrastructure and operational standards. Nancy’s career began at The Resort and Club at Little Harbor, serving as both Director of Catering and Events and Director of Operations from 2004 to 2009. Nancy holds a Bachelor Of Science with Honors in Hospitality Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
