Marc Innocenti is a highly experienced culinary professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Culinary Director at TCC Turks and Caicos since October 2017 and Corporate Chef at Sonesta Resorts - St. Maarten since August 2013, Marc has held key leadership roles in various prestigious establishments. Previous positions include Executive Chef at Sandals Resorts, Executive Chef at Provenance Restaurant, and Chef Owner at various renowned hotels, including Sans Souci Hotel Jamaica and Wyndham Hotel. Educated at culinary schools in Nice, France, and Lausanne, and having completed courses at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Marc holds a degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts.
