Gerardo Montano, M.B.A.

Gerardo Montano, M.B.A. has held various roles in the aerospace industry since 2012. Gerardo began their career as Space & Missile Quality Manager at Esterline Engineered Materials in 2012. In 2014, they were appointed Director of Quality at Consolidated Precision Products Corp. Gerardo then moved to Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in 2015, also as Director of Quality. In 2019, they were appointed Director of Quality & Operations at Mikron PMP Aerospace & ABBA Roller. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Operations at Rubbercraft, an Integrated Polymer Solutions company. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Quality at Son-Aero (Sonfarrel Aerospace).

Gerardo Montano holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of La Verne, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015, with a major in Business Administration and Management, General. Gerardo also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009, with a major in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
