Marcy Saffron, MAOM-HR/OL

Marcy Saffron, MAOM-HR/OL has a long and varied work experience. Marcy began their career in 1996 as the Managing Director of Sales, Marketing & Quality Control at ULP Far East, LLC. In this role, they increased client and vendor relations with new 'product sampling' promotion bundles and trade shows, strengthened sourcing relationships for new products and product lines, and had a strong aptitude for research and analysis of costing and piece pricing.

In 2007, Marcy Saffron moved to Global Las Vegas Products, LLC as the Managing Director of Sourcing & Business Development. In this role, they increased profits and productivity via strategic sourcing techniques, created and implemented new systems to optimize research, marketing, and relationship building efforts, and provided systems and management support of inventory and warehousing procedures to staff and vendors.

In 2014, Marcy Saffron moved to Evriholder Products, LLC, where they held various temporary positions, including Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Analyst, Manager, Graphics Department; Sourcing/Production Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Administrative Support Specialist (Logistics Department), and International Purchasing Specialist. During this period, they created master item set-up product lists using Excel and input information into spreadsheets, and received project requests from all departments and assigned and delegated projects to the graphics team.

Finally, in 2016, Marcy Saffron began working at Sonfarrel Aerospace LLC as the QA/Final Inspection Specialist/Operations Professional. In this role, they were directly responsible for conducting weekly facility audits, reporting findings to the quality manager, managing the approved supplier list, corresponding with customers regarding quality issues, performing final inspections on products, and handling a wide variety of special projects. Marcy was also responsible for procurement, vendor sourcing and negotiation, purchase order preparation, vendor relationship management, monitoring stock levels, obtaining and requesting updated supplier assessment forms, monitoring vendor performance, and maintaining procurement records. Marcy created purchase orders and acquisition of materials documentation via Industrious ERP software.

Marcy Saffron holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management with a Concentration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, which they obtained in 2014. Marcy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management with a Concentration in Human Resources from Ashford University, which they obtained in 2012.
