Gary Balusek

Gary Balusek is an experienced HSEQ Manager at SONGWON Industrial Group since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance across departments. Prior experience includes Quality Manager at Jaguar Instruments, Inc., where Gary was instrumental in establishing a Quality Management System leading to ISO 9001 certification. Additionally, at Multi-Chem, a Halliburton Service, Gary coordinated QA/QC and HSE efforts, implementing Process Safety Management and maintaining ISO 9001 standards. Earlier, as a Production Operator, Gary contributed to safety and quality initiatives, including Risk Management and training personnel on compliance standards. Gary is currently pursuing education at Wilson University, having previously completed studies at Crockett High School.
