Jill Blanc

Jill Blanc, PHR, SHRMCP, currently serves as the Brand Human Resources Director at Sonic Automotive since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of HR Director at Northwest Motorsport from January 2018 to January 2024 and served as Human Resources Manager at Sound Credit Union between August 2016 and October 2017. Additionally, Jill was the HR Director for Larson Automotive Group from February 2012 to July 2016 and worked as Division Director of Human Resources at Life Care Centers of America from December 2010 to February 2012. The career began as HR Manager at Sound Physicians from January 2007 to December 2010, and prior experience includes serving as Bankruptcy Manager for the NW Division at WFS Financial from 1999 to June 2005.
