John Perez

John Perez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. John began their career in 1993 as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and progressed through various roles, including Assistant Branch Rental Manager and Regional Remarketing Manager. In 2002, they joined Asbury Automotive Group as a Sales Representative and later took on positions as a Buyer, Used Car Manager, and Used Car Director. In 2007, they became the Owner of JP Motors Inc. before transitioning to Sonic Automotive in 2012. At Sonic Automotive, John held positions as a Training Manager, Director of Organizational Development, and currently serves as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

John Perez attended Eastern Illinois University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2014, they also obtained the ODCP certification from the Institute of Organization Development.
