Lilian Bottazzo Andrade

Lilian Bottazzo Andrade has a strong background in architecture and design. Lilian is currently working as the Design Director - Facilities Development at Sonic Automotive since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at A M King as a Design Leader and Architectural Designer from March 2016 to June 2022. During their time at A M King, Lilian gained experience in various sectors such as industrial architecture, food processing, food distribution, cold storage, healthcare, and office buildings. Lilian was responsible for collaborating with clients, developing schematic designs, and proposing solutions to better suit their operations.

Before joining A M King, Lilian worked at Argis Architecture and Management as a Senior Architect and Architect from June 2013 to February 2015 and November 2011 to June 2013, respectively. Lilian'srole at Argis involved designing and coordinating all project phases for a Brazilian chain of pet shops. Lilian also requested proposals from designers of complementary disciplines and developed project guidelines to expedite the design and construction process.

Prior to Argis, Lilian worked at Orbi Projects and Results as an Architect from February 2011 to November 2011. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing modular furniture prototypes for a convenience store chain. Lilian also organized meetings and workshops with suppliers to discuss materials, equipment, and new product development.

Lilian's career in architecture began at Modulor Arquitetura | Urbanismo | Interiores, where they worked as a Junior Architect from July 2009 to June 2010. Lilian contributed to the development of building typologies for the Association of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brazil and coordinated complementary design disciplines.

Lilian Bottazzo Andrade completed their Bachelor of Architecture and Urbanism degree at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2003 to 2008. Lilian then pursued a post-graduate education in Civil Engineering with a focus on Civil Buildings: Constructive Excellence and Anomalies at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2010 to 2012.
